We had vacationed here for 10 years, bought a second home (condo) here in 1999, and in 2004 we moved permanently from Maryland after purchasing a home. For many years I had taken friends and family all around the Grand Strand to help them find their own property to purchase.
 
My former work experience included Fiscal Operations for the Federal Government, residential / commercial architectural design, material estimating and purchase for my husband's construction business and prior to my real estate career I formed several large business corporations serving as President and CEO. When I became a full time resident of South Carolina, I became a full time Realtor®.

When you request information from me, Sandy Keller, about Myrtle Beach real estate I will search the live-time official MLS to find properties that match your criteria. They will be from any real estate company that is an MLS member. As part of the Agency Laws, which I discuss below, the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors (CCAR) for South Carolina and the Brunswick County Association of Realtors (BCAR) for North Carolina automatically remove the Seller’s real estate company information from the listings because Buyer‘s working with more than one Agent in the same area can cause legal problems. If you provide an email address the listings found are sent to you with a cover email from me. You have no obligation to me and if you do not respond or at any time you do not want my help simply let me know.
