Sea Mark homes are 20+ years old and the neighborhood has a pond for residents to enjoy.  Motorcycles are allowed and the POA fee is $175 per Year.  Walk to the ocean in the area of Cresent Beach (one of the beach areas that make up North Myrtle Beach).
